1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and express shipping options throughout South Africa:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Auraforge is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. For international orders, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
