At Auraforge, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

  • The return must be approved by our support team before shipping it back.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Items that show signs of excessive wear or damage caused by external factors (e.g., water, impact).

  • Clearance or final sale items (if stated as such at the time of purchase).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at auraforge2@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Warranty Claims

Some of our products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. If your power station is covered by warranty, please contact us to begin a claim process.
